NovaSeq6000

Overview

This service is for sequencing analysis using Illumina Next-Generation Sequencing (NovaSeq6000). Library preparation is conducted by the user (yourself), and SignAC will only perform sequencing and deliver raw data (bcl files) or fastq data. In principle, you will purchase all lanes of the kit (We offer a lane sequencing plan for NovaSeq S4 300 cycles).

Sample Submission Guidelines

Prepared illumina sequence library
  • Pool all of the samples, adjust the concentration to 5 times of the installation concentration, and submit at least the specified volume listed below in a 1.5 ml DNA LoBind tube.
  • Please write down your name and the Redmine ticket number on your sample tube.

Data Delivery

  • For Kyoto University researchers: We will provide you with a link to download your data.
  • For outside of Kyoto University researchers: We will prepare an encrypted external hard disk drive or flash memory stick with your data.
  • Please submit a sample sheet to demultiplex and create fastq files.
