ONT PromethION24
Overview
This service is for sequencing analysis using PromethION24 (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). We currently offer both flow cell types R9.4.1 and R10.4.1. We prepare libraries using a ligation kit (e.g., SQK-LSK110, and 114)
Sample Submission Guidelines
DNA sequence analysis
2 µg or more of DNA
- Submit at least 2 µg of DNA in a 1.5 ml DNA LoBind tube.
- Please write down your name and the Redmine ticket number down on your sample tube.
Data Delivery
POD5/ fastq files
- Output : 25-100 Gbase/single flow cell.
- We do not guarantee the data amount.
- Fastq files will be generated by the latest version of MinKnow’s default Basecaller (Guppy) with High-accuracy mode.
- Please contact us if you need 5mC detection data.
- Please contact us for a simple primary analysis (e.g., mapping).
