Long-read sequencing analysis services
This service is for sequencing analysis using long-read sequencers, which are capable of analyzing longer DNA fragments than conventional short-read sequencers. The platform can be selected from two platforms: PromethION24 (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) and Sequel IIe (PacBio).
