PacBio Sequel IIe
Overview
This service is for sequencing analysis using PacBio Sequel IIe. Depending on the sample types, we offer three analysis options: (1) whole genome sequencing (whole genome library preparation and sequence analysis), (2) Iso-Seq library preparation and sequence analysis, and (3) sequencing analysis only.
Sample Submission Guidelines
Whole genome sequence (whole genome library preparation and sequence analysis)
7 µg of genomic DNA
- Please contact us if the sample amount is small.
- >50 kb HMW DNA recommended.
- The quality check by the FemtoPulse system is recommended. (SignAC offers the analysis service.)
Iso-Seq library preparation and sequence analysis
700 ng of total RNA
- Please contact us if the sample amount is small.
- ≥7.0 RNA Integrity Number (RIN).
Sequencing analysis only
1,000 ng SMRTbell ligated DNA library
- 150–1,000 ng per pool.
- Write your name and the Redmine ticket number down on your sample tube.
Data Delivery
hifi_reads.bam files
- Output : ~30 Gbase/ single SMRT cell.
- We do not guarantee the data amount.
- Please contact us if you need 5mC detection data.
- Please contact us for simple primary analysis (e.g., mapping).
