Usage rules

  • Dispose of the liquid waste properly.
  • Keep the main power switch turned on.
  • Cool the sample holder only when in use; remember to turn it off afterward using the key button.
  • Be cautious when setting a sample in the holder immediately after turning on the cooling, as the temperature rises rapidly and may cause melting. Please wait a few minutes before placing the sample.
  • Supply your own blades and use handle locks and guard sets to prevent accidents while handling them.
  • When relocating the blade holder, hold it by hand to avoid causing any damage.
  • If all four corners of the glass are damaged, it must be replaced; contact SignAC for assistance.
  • Clean the chamber’s interior with 100% ethanol.
  • Set the chamber temperature to -15℃ when not in use.
  • After turning off the main power, the internal components need complete drying before turning it on again. It takes four days for the drying process, so in cases like power outages, plan for a total of four days of equipment unavailability.
