We will have ASHBi / HBRC Joint Distinguished Seminar with Dr. Douglas P. Munoz from Queen's University, as a lecturer.
Dr. Dougls Munoz is a world leader in the field of neuroscience study of eye movement control systems. He made a great contribution to basic understanding of eye movement control systems and their relation to cognitive functions and their disorders in both humans and nonhuman primate subjects. He will talk about overviews of his past researches and current projects on using nonhuman primates as model of human neuropsychiatric disorders.
