SciComm 101: Tips for sharing your science news with the world,” an online international public relations seminar organized by ASHBi, was held on November 17, 2022.
Approximately 400 participants, including researchers and PR professionals from universities and research institutes in Japan and abroad, attended the online seminar.

The lecturer for this seminar was Mr. Brian Lin, director of “EurekAlert!”, the world’s largest science news distribution platform.Mr. Lin is a world-class science communicator with a career spanning over 20 years.
After leading a media training program at the University of British Columbia in Canada, he joined EurekAlert! in 2014 and now oversees editorial and content strategy.
