Overview
A desktop-type next-generation sequencing system for middle- to high-throughput experiments. It can generate up to 120 Gb of sequence data from 400 million clusters with high-throughput kits and 39 Gb from 130 million clusters with mid-throughput kits. Applicable to array scanning.

Operation of the equipment is restricted to registered researchers from ASHBi PI groups.

We provide analysis services with the equipment through iSAL that are also available for researchers outside of ASHBi.
