Up to 24 PromethION flow cells can be used independently.
100 Gb of DNA Sequence can be obtained per flow cell.
Analysis of single-molecule DNA with a length of several hundred kb to Mb is also possible.
Sequence and chemical modifications of RNA can be directly determined without conversion to DNA.
Equipped with GPUs to realize highly accurate real-time base calling.
