Dr. Motoko Yanagita, ASHBi PI and Professor, received the Bywaters Award from the International Society of Nephrology and attended the congress held in Buenos Aires.
The International Society of Nephrology (ISN), established in 1960, aims to contribute to the kidney health worldwide through education, grants, research, and advocacy. The ISN is a global expert organization with over 30,000 medical professionals participating from all around the world. The Bywaters Award is given to the individual who made an outstanding contribution to the understanding of acute kidney injury.
