On August 28 2020, UENO Michiko, State Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology visited ASHBi. Kyoto University Provost/Executive Vice President Minato, ASHBi Director Saitou, Vice Directors Isa and Hiraoka, Core Head Yamamoto and Administrative Director Ogawa greeted the State Minister for the introduction and discussion of ASHBi and the human biology it aims to uncover.

After the brief introduction of ASHBi by Director Saitou and short presentations of Mathematics/Biology and Bioethics/Biology fusion research by the young researchers, State Minister UENO made a tour of ASHBi’s SignAC core facility and overseas/young PI research areas.
