Overview
A high-throughput long-read sequencer with SMRT (Single Molecule Real Time Analysis) technology providing "HiFi reads", extremely accurate long DNA sequence data. It achieves transcriptome analysis of full-length mRNA and genome phasing analysis.
How to use
Please consult SignAC if you are interested in using this sequencer.
Sequence runs are basically conducted by SignAC.
Please provide us with the library that has been purified and quantified with the SMRTbell adapter attached.
