2100 Bioanalyzer System (Agilent)
Overview
A microfluidics-based automated electrophoresis system for highly sensitive qualification and quantification of DNA, RNA, or proteins. Mainly it is used to determine concentrations and size distributions of NGS libraries. It is also used to check RNA quality (RIN: RNA Integrity Number).

DNA and RNA of various sizes and concentrations can be analyzed by several types of kits.

Users should provide consumables.
The priming station and vortex mixer for chips are provided by SignAC.
Please perform washing of the electrode after use.
