R. Yamamoto Group has published a research article titled “Elevated hematopoietic stem cell frequency in mouse alveolar bone marrow” in Stem Cell Reports.

In the article, the research team have found the alveolar BM (al-BM) in the mandible harbors the highest frequency of immunophenotypic Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs) compared with other Skelton sites.
