不安と葛藤の神経機構を解明
研究概要
ヒトの価値判断や意思決定は、不安や意欲といった情動の状態によって左右されます。こうしたヒトを含む霊長類の、不安や意欲の神経メカニズムはどのようなものなのでしょうか？また、適切に不安をコントロールするには、どのような科学的な方法があるのでしょうか？我々は、「不安障害」や「価値判断」に因果的にかかわるの脳・神経メカニズムの解明を目指して、マカクザルの辺縁皮質－大脳基底核回路を対象として認知科学・生理学・解剖学・計算論を融合した研究を行います。
