On Wednesday, 11th May 2022, Ambassador of Italy to Japan, Ambassador Gianluigi Benedetti, together with the Consul General of Italy in Osaka, Mr. Marco Prencipe, and the Science and Technology Attaché of the Italian Embassy, Prof. Enrico Traversa visited ASHBi. Since Prof. Murakawa is a group leader in IFOM Milan, Italy, they also visited Murakawa group’s laboratory.

During the lab visit, they watched a video presentation by Prof.Murakawa, presentations by researchers Ms.Akiko Oguchi and Ms.Shruti Bhagat, and a video message by Mr.Federico De Marchi, a researcher from Italy.

In the presentation, there was a scene that Ambassador Gianluigi Benedetti took some pictures with his phone and showed his interest in the group’s research.
