Research Overview
Biography
Gil obtained his PhD in Mechanisms of Disease and Regenerative Medicine at the University of Algarve in Portugal (2021). His studies focused on Developmental Biology, more precisely studying the embryo clock timing in different developmental tissues and organisms. After his PhD and short Postdoc in the same field, Gil joined the Alev group at ASHBi, Kyoto University, in January 2024.
