Dr. Jun Wu from UT Southwestern
We will have ASHBi Seminar with Dr. Stefan Liebau from University of Tübingen,Institute of Neuroanatomy and Developmental Biology (INDB).
Dr. Jun Wu is is a pioneering researcher in the field of pluripotent stem cell (PSC) research, known for his groundbreaking work in interspecies chimeras (e.g., human–pig, human–monkey) and stem cell-derived embryo models (blastoids). He is also the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the ISSCR Outstanding Young Investigator Award (2024) and the CPRIT Scholar Award, and serves on the editorial board of Cell Stem Cell.
