ASHBi Seminar (Dr. Juha Kere)
We will have ASHBi Seminar with Dr. Juha Kere from Karolinska Institutet, as a lecturer.
Dr. Kere has been a professor of molecular genetics at KI since 2001. He graduated with MD (1984), PhD in molecular genetics (1989) and specialist physician degree in clinical genetics (1994) from University of Helsinki. He pioneered the work on chromosome 7 deletions and mutations in myeloid disorders. In recent years, Dr. Kere has used a multidisciplinary approach to study the gene regulation in early human development. If you have any interest in the topic, you are welcome to attend this seminar.
