ASHBi Seminar (Mr. Cristian Groza)
We will have ASHBi Seminar with Mr. Cristian Groza from McGill University, as a lecturer.
Mr. Cristian Groza is a PhD student at Bourque lab in McGill University, Canada. He currently joins Inoue lab at ASHBi as a JSPS short-term international fellow. He will talk about an overview of the pangenome graph, which represents multiple genomes as a graph structure, and its importance for comparative genomic and epigenomic studies.
