We will have ASHBi Seminar with Lyndsey Walsh from Berlin.
Lyndsey Walsh is an artist, writer, and researcher from the United States and based in Berlin, Germany. Lyndsey has a Masters (MSc.) in Biological Arts from SymbioticA Centre of Excellence in Biological Arts at the University of Western Australia and a Bachelors (BA) in Individualized Studies from New York University. Currently, Lyndsey is an artist resident of Tokyo Art and Space Residency program. They are also the first and only residing artist of the Department of Experimental Biophysics at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and is a fellow at the Free University of Berlin’s Plant, Fungal and Soil Ecology Lab. Their work has been featured in events and with institutions such as Frieze Art Week New York, the Humboldt Forum, the Ural Biennial, the Berlin Biennale, Athens Digital Arts Festival, and Transmediale/CTM and has received the S+T+ARTS Prize 2024 Honorary Mention.
