Primate Developmental Biology Seminar (Dr Tomomi Aida)

We will have Primate Developmental Biology Seminar with Dr Tomomi Aida from Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a lecturer.

Dr. Aida has reported several pioneering works in the research field of genome engineering, such as the production of knock-in mice by cloning-free CRISPR / Cas9 system using ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex and microhomology-mediated end-joining (MMEJ) in mouse embryos. And in recent years, he has achieved remarkable results in research using genetically modified monkeys. In this seminar, he will give a lecture on gene modification technology in non-human primates.

If you have any interests in the topic, you are welcome to attend this seminar.
