On January 31st, there were guest talks by two external researchers and oral presentations by four ASHBi young researchers. On February 1st, we had oral presentations by four ASHBi young researchers in the morning. And in the afternoon, there was a special session on career development for researchers. During the two-day poster session, a total of 43 researchers and students presented their research and engaged in lively discussions with the attendees.

This year's "Excellence in Research Award" was given to five winners from best oral presentation and best poster. The Best Oral Presentation Award went to Yotaro Ochi (Ogawa Group) and Chih-Yang Chen (Isa Group). The Best Poster Award went to Shurti Bhagat (Murakawa Group), Yuki Masuo (Ueno Group) and Naoya Torio (Yanagida Group). The five awardees received research grants of JPY300,000 in FY2025 to further their research.
